Mr. Halimuzzaman oversees the overall business activities of several sister concerns, including Healthcare Formulations Limited (HFL), Healthcare Life Science Limited (HLSL), Healthcare Chemicals Limited (HCL), Healthcare Diagnostic Solutions Limited (HDSL), and Healthcare Diagnostic Center Limited (HDCL) as Managing Director, and also Director of Healthcare Dairy and Food Products Limited (HDFPL). He holds a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, and an MBA with a major in Finance. Mr. Halimuzzaman has 32 years of professional experience in various fields of the pharmaceutical industry. He is the Treasurer of the Executive Committee of the Bangladesh Association of Pharmaceutical Industries (BAPI) and a Member of the Bangladesh Pharmaceutical Society (BPS). He has been an integral part of several government delegations to foreign countries for the development of the pharmaceutical sector and represents BAPI in the formulation of fiscal policy for the pharmaceutical industry in Bangladesh. As a Director of the Bangladesh Economic Zone Investors Association (BEZIA), he works to protect the common interests of all members and investors and contributes to the economic success of Bangladesh. Mr. Halimuzzaman is also the Senior Vice President of BAAS and an alumnus of the Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship and Sustainable Partnership (AOTS), which operates under the Ministry of Economy, Trade & Industry, Japan.

Mr. Hossain is experienced in various areas of financial markets including fund administration, fund accounting, company research activities, trading financial management, private equity operations.
